By accessing or using the Soften app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Soften is a digital membership platform offering daily rituals, meditations, EFT tapping sessions, affirmations, oracle card guidance, community features, courses, poetry, live gatherings, and related wellness content. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service offers monthly and annual membership plans. Pricing is displayed on the sales page and may change at any time. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the selected plan price to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. A free trial period may be offered; after the trial ends, your selected plan will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
The Service includes community features (such as the Temple) where you may post content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission; (e) use automated tools to access the Service; or (f) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
All content provided through the Service — including meditations, rituals, writings, images, and graphics — is owned by Soften or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The content is for informational and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific results from any practice or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soften shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
